Vacation of Certain Air Rights

Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following air space. Air rights over Barnes Hospital Plaza beginning 243.01 feet east of Kingshighway and extending eastward 50 feet. The Petitioners are Barnes-Jewish Hospital and The Washington University. The vacated portion of air space will be used to relocate the existing pedestrian bridge.
