Lease Agreement with GoJet Airlines, LLC
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City a Lease Agreement with GoJet Airlines, LLC. The term of this Lease Agreement is for five (5) years beginning March 1, 2023 and expiring February 29, 2028. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without cause with One Hundred Twenty (120) days' notice. This Board Bill contains a severability clause.
