BOARD BILL # 43 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An ordinance adopting the International Fire Code, 2003 Edition, as the Fire Code of the City of St. Louis; repealing Ordinance 64772, which adopted the BOCA National Fire Code, 1999 Edition; repealing Ordinances 63805, 1996 Edition and containing a penalty clause, a savings clause, a severability clause and an emergency clause.
