AS OWNER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ESTABLISHING THE BOTTLE DISTRICT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, FINDING A PUBLIC PURPOSE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOTTLE DISTRICT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
