Board Bill Number 84 In Session 2020-2021
CORTEX West Redevelopment
Summary
This Board Bill seeks, in order for CORTEX West Redevelopment Corporation to complete its Development Plan approved by Ordinance 66985, and in compliance with Mo. Rev. Stat. § 523.274.2, to (1) renew the previous legislative determinations in Ordinance Number 66847 and Ordinance Number 66985, and as renewed by Ordinance Number 68754 and Ordinance Number 70119; and (2) acknowledge that CORTEX has satisfied criteria specified in Ordinance 66985 in order to extend its power of eminent domain for ten years, subject to limitations set forth in Mo. Rev. Stat. § 523.274.2.
