Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street. A triangular shaped excess portion of Delmar beginning at Grand Ave. and extending eastwardly approximately 272.285 ± 0.615 feet to a point and abutting City Block 1062. The Petitioner is Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra. The vacated area will be used to realign Delmar Blvd.
