The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street and alley. 1) Poepping Street from Alabama Avenue westwardly 129.615 feet ± 26.465 feet to a point. 2) 15 foot wide north/south alley in City Block 3176 beginning at Poepping Street and extending 71.54 feet to a point. The Petitioner is ICL Specialty Products Inc. The petitioner proposes to vacate the areas of right-of-way for the purpose of consolidating property.
