Temporary Construction Easement
Summary
The City of St. Louis is the owner of certain real property known as Fairgrounds Park in the City of St. Louis, Missouri at or near the North corner of Natural Bridge Ave. and North Grand Blvd, (the "Real Property"). The Real Property is a public park. Seventy-six (76) square feet of that corner will be used up to twenty-four (24) months pursuant to a Temporary Construction Easement to allow equipment, workers and materials to construct a trail on, over, across and under said Real Property for the purpose of constructing a trail.
