Rules for City Boards and Commissions
Summary
An ordinance amending Chapter 3.02 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis to require all City Boards and Commissions to develop and adopt rules; and requiring those rules to be available to the public on the City website; and providing for Robert's Rules of Order to prevail whenever the rules of City Boards and Commissions are silent; and providing for training to be offered to members of Boards and Commissions to ensure familiarity with their rules, Sunshine Law, and Robert's Rules.
