Summary

An ordinance approving the Petition of an owner of real property seeking the creation and establishment of the Jefferson Arms Community Improvement District (CID), find a public purpose for the establishment of the CID and Jefferson Arms Transportation Development District (TDD), and authorize the execution of a transportation Project Agreement between the TDD and the City, as required by the Jefferson Arms TIF and Redevelopment Agreement authorized by Ordinance Nos. 70500 and 70501, and as amended by Ordinance Number 71280.
