Easement for MSD

Summary

An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller to execute a permanent, irrevocable easement, which shall give, grant, extend and confer on the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, its agents, successors, and assigns, the exclusive right to build and maintain a sewer or sewers, including storm water improvements, on the strip or strips of ground described therein; authorizing the President of the Board of Public Service to enter into a Maintenance Agreement with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District regarding such sewer or sewers; and containing an emergency clause.
