Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following alley: The 20 foot wide north/south alley in City Block 706 as bounded by Carroll Street, Kosciusko Street (vacated), Lafayette Avenue and 2nd Street. The Petitioner is Lift for Life Academy, Inc. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for construction of an athletic field and future stadium.
