Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following air space. Air rights over Finney Avenue adjoining City Blocks 4558 and 4561 and beginning approximately 274.95 feet west of Pendleton and continuing for 70 feet. The Petitioner is Ranken Technical College. The vacated portion of air space will be used to connect two buildings on campus.
