Summary

This Board Bill seeks to amend Ordinance Number 70981 effective July 24, 2019. This Board Bill will allow for up to a 15-year tax abatement to encourage development and rehabilitation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects within the Area.
