BOARD BILL # 310 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN YOUNG AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TRANSPORTATION PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY, THE BROADWAY HOTEL TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND HDH, LLC; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID AGREEMENT; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO; AUTHORIZING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSPORTATION PROJECT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
