Summary

An ordinance under and by the authority of Section 71.640 RSMo. imposing a City band levy at the rate of 1/2 mil per One Dollar of assessed valuation for the purpose of creating and supporting a municipal band; providing that the appropriation of such levy be by ordinance pursuant to the provisions of Section 71.670 RSMo.; further providing that such levy shall not increase the property tax levy in the City of St. Louis.
