BOARD BILL NO. 124 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMEN ALFRED WESSELS An ordinance prohibiting the operation of any vehicle on a street, alley, roadway, highway or parking lot open to the public by any person while that person's drivers license or driving privilege has been canceled, suspended or revoked by the State of Missouri and containing an emergency clause.
