BOARD BILL NO. 326 INTRODUCED BY: Alderman Phyllis Young An Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Counselor on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Office of the Secretary of State for a grant to fund a Local Records Preservation Project for the City Counselor's Office, appropriating said funds in the amount of $5,000.00 and authorizing the City Counselor on behalf of the City, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend the funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for grant purposes and containing an emergency clause.
