An ordinance pertaining to curfew in Buder Park; prohibiting loitering, idling, wandering, strolling, playing or otherwise being in or upon the confines of Buder Park or the public areas immediately adjacent thereto between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. throughout the year; containing an emergency clause.
