BOARD BILL NO. 127 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An ordinance authorizing the Supply Commissioner to purchase certain equipment to be used by the Fire and Fire Prevention Division of the Department of Public Safety; appropriating the sum of Three Million, Seven Hundred and Four Thousand Dollars ($3,704,000) from the proceeds of the Fire Department Fund realized from the sale of Public Safety General Obligation Bonds, Series 1999, the issuance of which was authorized by the passage of Proposition One at an election held on the 3rd day of November, 1998, pursuant to Ordinance No. 64419 approved July 28, 1998 and the sale of which was authorized by Ordinance No. 64641, approved February 24, 1999 to pay for such equipment and containing an emergency clause.
