BOARD BILL NO. 244 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN GREGORY CARTER An ordinance pertaining to noise regulation; providing for a comprehensive noise control procedure to be implemented and enforced by the Health Commissioner; creating a Board of Noise Control Appeals; providing for a procedure by which the Board of Appeals may grant variances to the provisions of this ordinance and to hear appeals from rulings of the Health Commissioner; containing definitions, exceptions, a penalty clause and an emergency clause.
