BOARD BILL NO. 309 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An ordinance establishing a four way stop site at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Michigan Avenue by regulating all east-west traffic traveling on Magnolia Avenue approaching such intersection and containing an emergency clause.
