BOARD BILL # 394 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN FORD-GRIFFIN AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TRANSPORTATION PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY, KHM HOLDINGS, LLC AND THE 1225 WASHINGTON TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID AGREEMENT; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO; APPROVING MODIFICATION OF THE TRANSPORTATION PROJECT; AUTHORIZING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSPORTATION PROJECT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
