AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 66557 ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN ON DECEMBER 10, 2004; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY AND AD BROWN ACQUISITION, LLC; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID AMENDMENT; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO; AUTHORIZING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILILTY CLAUSE.
