Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 337 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An ordinance pertaining to the Mechanical Code of the City of Saint Louis; repealing Sections One, Two and Three and Chapter 1 (Administration) of Ordinance 65021 and Ordinance 65296 (Chapter 25.03 Mechanical Code) and replacing the same with new Sections One, Two and Three and a new Chapter 1 (Administration) and Amending Other Sections and Chapters of Ordinance 65021 and Ordinance 65926; adopting the International Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition with Changes, as the Mechanical Code of the City of Saint Louis; and containing a penalty clause, a severability clause and an emergency clause.
