AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DOMINION HOSPITALITY-JEFFERSON, L.L.C.; AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE FORM OF AN ACCESS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE RESIDENCE INN DOWNTOWN TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND THE TAKING OF FURTHER ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS, APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE TO CARRY OUT AND COMPLY WITH THE INTENT HEREOF; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
