BOARD BILL #106 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance approving the petition of various owners of certain real property to establish the City Hospital Powerhouse Community Improvement District; finding a public purpose for the establishment of the City Hospital Powerhouse Community Improvement District; authorizing the execution of a Transportation Project Agreement between the City and City Hospital Powerhouse Transportation Development District; prescribing the form and details of said Transportation Project Agreement; making certain findings with respect thereto; authorizing certain other actions of City officials; and containing an emergency clause and a severability clause.
