BOARD BILL NO. 124 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the ?City?) to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the ?Consent To Assignment And Fourth Amendment To Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® Concession Agreement (News/Gift)? (the ?Fourth Amendment?) by and between the City and Paradies-Concession II-Arch, Inc. (the ?Concessionaire? or ?Assignor?), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, and Paradies-St. Louis, LLC (?Assignee?), a limited liability company of the State of Georgia, to the Concession Agreement AL-101 for an Airport News and Gift Concession dated May 21, 1992, authorized by Ordinance 62606 approved April 7, 1992, as amended by the ?First Amendment? dated November 9, 1994, authorized by Ordinance 63293 approved October 14, 1994, the ?Second Amendment? dated January 27, 1997, authorized by Ordinance 63981 approved January 3, 1997, and the ?Third Amendment? dated November 16, 2004, authorized by Ordinance 66444 approved October 28, 2004, between the City and the Assignor (collectively referred to herein as the ?Concession Agreement?); the Fourth Amendment to the Concession Agreement, which is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT ?1? and made a part hereto, was approved by the City?s Airport Commission, and its terms are more fully described in Section One of this Ordinance; and containing an emergency clause.
