An ordinance pertaining to emergency vehicles to be codified as Section 17.14.050 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis; requiring the driver of every motor vehicle to proceed with caution and yield the right of way when approaching a stationary emergency vehicle displaying lighted red or red and blue lights and containing an emergency clause
