BOARD BILL NO. 105 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An ordinance establishing a four way stop site at the intersection of Russell Boulevard and Oregon Avenue by regulating all east-west traffic traveling on Russell Boulevard approaching such intersection and containing an emergency clause.
