BOARD BILL NO. 256 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JOSEPH VACCARO An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing a supplemental appropriation; amending Ordinance 69154, commonly referred to as the City of St. Louis Annual Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2012 2013; appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) from excess payments on water bills and personal and real property tax bills received into the "Heat-up St. Louis Fund", "The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri Fund," "The Backstoppers, Inc. Fund" and the "Pet Spay, Neuter and Microchip Assistance Fund" and containing an emergency clause.
