Summary

BOARD BILL NO. 70 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN FLOWERS An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Public Service, authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, a permanent Easement, which shall give, grant, extend and confer on The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company, its agents, successors, and assigns, the right to build and maintain pipelines and all incidental fixtures for the transportation of water, while reserving any and all of the City's rights including but not limited to the City's right to dedicate all or a portion of the Easement Area for use as a public street and roadway, and containing an emergency clause.
