BOARD BILL #96 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JOSEPH RODDY An Ordinance designating a portion of the City of St. Louis, Missouri as a redevelopment area known as the 100 N. Euclid Redevelopment Area pursuant to the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act; approving a redevelopment plan and a redevelopment project with respect thereto; adopting tax increment financing within the redevelopment area; making findings with respect thereto; establishing the 100 N. Euclid Special Allocation Fund; authorizing certain actions by City officials; and containing a severability clause.
