BOARD BILL NO. 251 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade, or otherwise impede the flow of traffic at Whittier Street at the northeast corner of McPherson Avenue and Whittier Street to the southwest corner of McPherson Avenue and Whittier Street and containing an emergency clause.
