BOYD An Ordinance recommended by the Civil Service Commission pertaining to applicants seeking employment with the City of St. Louis in positions under the classified service plan; finding that service in the U.S. Armed Forces is meritorious, adding new provisions that establish a military veteran hiring preference system; containing definitions; scoring system and documentation requirements.
