BOARD BILL #269 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA An Ordinance affirming adoption of a redevelopment plan, redevelopment area, and redevelopment project; authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement between the City of St. Louis and ROL Capital III Inc.; prescribing the form and details of said agreement; designating ROL Capital III Inc., as developer of the redevelopment area; making certain findings with respect thereto; authorizing other related actions in connection with the redevelopment of certain property within the redevelopment area; and containing a severability clause.
