Summary

An ordinance repealing ordinance 63894, approved on November 20, 1996, and authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on Clara Avenue by blocking said traffic flow at a point Two Hundred (200) feet south of the south curb line of Cabanne Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.
