An ordinance amending Section Two of Ordinance 62751, approved on November 17, 1992, providing that any interest earned on funds set aside for providing operating expenses for shelters for battered persons as defined in Sections 455.200 to 455.230 Revised Statutes of Missouri shall be retained in the special fund established by the Comptroller for such purpose
