Summary

An ordinance pertaining to traffic violations; providing that any person found guilty of a moving violation within a “construction zone” or “work zone” as defined herein shall be assessed a fine of not less than Fifty ($50) dollars nor more than Two Hundred and Fifty ($250) dollars in addition to any other fine authorized to be imposed by law
