An ordinance pertaining to the position classifications and salaries of the Medical Examiner=s Office employees and to enact in lieu thereof certain new sections relating to the same subject matter and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause. The provisions of the sections contained in this ordinance shall be effective beginning with the bi-weekly pay period
