BOARD BILL # 288 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN CRAIG SCHMID An Ordinance establishing a Dog Park within the City of St. Louis in City Block 1510 comprising all of the real property known and numbered as 3300-3306 Nebraska Avenue; such Dog Park to be established notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of paragraph 5 of Section Five of Ordinance 66595.
