Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 288 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN FREEMAN BOSLEY, SR. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on E. Obear Street by blocking said traffic flow at the south line of Blair at E. Obear and containing an emergency clause.
