BOARD BILL NO. 125 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY, ALDERMAN CRAIG SCHMID, PRESIDENT LEWIS REED An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a non-binding preferential vote as authorized by Article II Section 9 of the Charter of the City of St. Louis to assist the Missouri General Assembly in their deliberations regarding the governance of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department; providing for an election to be held therefore and the manner of voting thereat; and containing an emergency clause.
