An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission pertaining to the Central West End Form Based District (The “District”); amending Ordinance 69406 by amending the definition for utility / communication uses, repealing and replacing table 5.13 and updating the regulatory plan maps; repealing Section One (C) of Ordinance 69406, and enacting a new Section One (C) in lieu thereof on same subject matter; and containing a severability and an emergency clause.
