Summary

An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis (the "City"), owner and operator of St. Louis Lambert International Airport® (the “Airport”), to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the “Assignment and Assumption of Interest in Dual Customs Agreement and Consent of The City of St. Louis” agreement (“Assignment Agreement”) whereby the City consents to the assignment by Bi-National Gateway Terminal, LLC (“Assignor”) to Brownsville International Air Cargo, Inc. (“Assignee”), all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in the Dual Customs Agreement AL-353, between the City and Assignor, dated January 9, 2015; said Assignment Agreement was approved by the Airport Commission and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof, and its terms are more fully described in Section One of this Ordinance; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
