Luggage Cart Rental Concession Agreement
Summary
This Luggage Cart Rental Concession Agreement AL-022 with Smarte Carte, Inc.is a 5-year agreement commencing December 1, 2021, and includes a ninety (90) day no-fault cancellation clause for either the Airport or Concessionaire. This Agreement grants Smarte Carte, Inc. the non-exclusive right to operate a luggage cart rental concession at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Smarte Carte, Inc. pays a concession fee to the Airport of 60 percent of gross receipts in excess of $9,000 per month. This Concession Agreement provides essential services to the traveling public.
