Vacation of Air Space Rights of a Portion of Newstead Ave.
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following air space. Air rights above a portion of Newstead Avenue. The Petitioners are The Washington University and St. Louis Children's Hospital. The vacated portion of air space will be used to construct a pedestrian bridge.
