Short Term Rentals
Summary
An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission amending portions of Ordinance Number 71730 to provide updates to definitions for “Short-Term Rental Permit” and “Short-Term Rental Unit”; amend Zoning Code Section 26.08 so that it incorporates the definitions created under Ordinance Number 71730; remove incorrect code citation pertaining to signage; and update Zoning Code Section 26.76 to mirror provisions pertaining to Short-Term Rentals located in “Single-Family A” zoning districts that are contained in Ordinance Number 71729; and containing an emergency clause.
