Summary
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 58239, approved February 19, 1981, which previously vacated the east/west alley located between St. Vincent and Park Avenue on the 2700 block (City Block 2150). This Ordinance restores all public surface rights for vehicle, equestrian, and pedestrian travel to the City of St. Louis pertaining to this tract.
