Urging the City of St. Louis to Become a Sanctuary City
Summary
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that Board of Aldermen supports designating the City of St. Louis as a Sanctuary City and to require that City of St. Louis Division of Police not cooperate with the FBI or other federal agency to attack to attack Black community organizers and members for charges stemming from work for the betterment and upliftment of their community, and to make the City of St. Louis a refuge for African people struggling for social justice in solidarity with sanctuary programs for native peoples, immigrants and others seeking a safe haven and to uplift their communities.
